BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before service begins.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Changes & Rescheduling: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
Delays & Waiting Time: A 15-minute grace period is provided for standard pickups, after which additional wait time fees may apply.
